I submitted my cell T715, since it had a display problem in a warranty period on 15th Jan,2011 Workorder no.: SE311RT310276.the service center executive(lady) gave me a commitment of 15 days. Even after a month i havent got my cell back.
I bought a sony ericsson handset(Aspen-M1i) from HotSpot,Karol Bagh,New Delhi this year (2010)in the month of August which was the latest launch model that time.Just after 2 months of purchase my handset stoppedreading the the memory card.
This is to bring in notice of general public that samsung mobiles are of sub- standard quality. I purchased samsung 2120 B handset from Spice Communication in Sec-14 gurgaon five months back and since then I am constantly running to the service centre for repairing.

In the month of September 2010 my handset Microphone was not functioning, I was in search of the nearest Sony Ericsson Service center to my area and found UNITED MOBILE SERVICE at perambur.
once day when i waked away and saw my phone, it was switched off. When i tried to switch on “contact service” displayed for 2 second and switched off again and again.

I have submitted my faulty Blackberry 8900 for replacement, and i haven’t got a replacement, the customer exec guys keep delaying me giving me ordinances of 2-3 days, and have gone to the extent of ignoring my calls and picking up calls if i call from an alternate number. I am highly disappointed.
My phone , Blackberry Storm becoame completely dead, It is under the Guarentee period. I have returned the instrument to the BlackBerry service center (Redington) at Hyderabad.
Substandard product and poor service. I have purchased NOKIA 5233 from mobilestore kullu on 17 jul 2010. within one month of purchase its touch screen started malfunctioning. I visited nokia care centre at gandhinagar kullu(HP). The service rep Mr Pawan kumar initially told me that it is a virus problem.
