This complaint is about EBAY-India promotional gift. Actually I purchased an LCD TV from ebay (Paisapay ID – 28684295074) on 24, Mar 2011 and withe theat I was promised a promotional gift (Digital Camera – I have mail confirming thee same).
I have purchased a Blackberry Handset from Ebay and the details are My paisa pay ID is-28416629397 (EBay ID- luna_lila) , I have received the item on 1st of Feb but after 12 days the handset (Blackberry Storm) gone faulty ( The handset is on one year warranty) .
I am Punit Solanki from Bangalore. I am 23 years old and staying in New Bel Road. Last week, I ordered a Apple Iphone4 in eBay.in from seller name “Tapan Barman” and paid the money for it through Deposit cash in his State bank of india account .
i was a seler on ebay with user id rikin9300. I had 23 positive feedbacks from satisfied customer. then all of a sudden my account was suspended without providing any satisfactory reason for the same. however by that time i had already completed few transactions and was expecting their remittance.
I want to share my experience with all people in India who are using Ebay.in to buy products and Using Paisa Pay they feel that they are safe.

Product: online auction Warranty: Don’t Know Employee: Complaint: I have sold one item on ebay and the buyer have made the payment (to paisapay ) as well, he even acknolwledged the receipt of the good. However, ebay committed a fraud by not paying me my due under a stupid reason of severe policy violation.
