This complaint is about EBAY-India promotional gift. Actually I purchased an LCD TV from ebay (Paisapay ID – 28684295074) on 24, Mar 2011 and withe theat I was promised a promotional gift (Digital Camera – I have mail confirming thee same).
I purchased a spectacles for Rs.3600 from Vision Express, Brookfields Mall, Coimbatore, but they have given me a lens which is of lesser quality than my specifications.
i purchased a trimmer from naaptol on oct 18 but i didn’t got the product yet. when i checked the consignment number, i saw that the product went back to naaptol.

i have purchased spice cell by my credit card but after the delivery when i opened the outer pack inside company pack i:e the seal was already opened and inside USB wire was missing as well as memory card was missing.
SULEKHA Very poor customer service. Ref Biz order # 128033 Registed mobile no. 9840517999 I got call from Ms. Tharanaya (SULEKHA) on 21st April 2011 around 5 PM. They giving 1 year subscription only 3000 + tax = 3309/-. Normally this offer only for 6 month. only today you can avail this offer.
