Complaint Against Era Divine Court (Era Infrastructure)
I with many other people booked flats (flat no. was also allotted) in a Project called Era Divine Court at Sector -76, Faridabad, Haryana. The project was launched by a company Era Landmarks Ltd. ( Era Infrastructure Ltd.). The project was a pre-launch and layout plan/map was not approved but license was obtained by them.
Allotment letter hasn’t been provided even after 7 months of booking of flats
I have booked a flat in Crossings castle in Oct’09. At the time of booking, I was told that the allotment letter will be issued within a week. Even after 7 months of booking..we haven’t got even the allotment letter.
