i have already requested your company thrice for disconnection of our Landline and Broadband Connection due to our sudden shift to abroad but till now our phone is working.

I opted a plan of 2 Mbps (Rs. 999 pm) but I checked on all websites that the speed was around 800 kbps. I raised the issue with the company innumerable times through e mails and telephones to all channels viz.
