I wanted to change my Airtel DSL connection Plan to 1Mbps plan, so I contacted Airtel customer care, When I contacted Airtel customer care in the month of May 8th or 9th they took my request to change the plan & said it would be effective from the next billing cycle.
I have a number 9997971307 which is related to your service provider.

I was a valued customer of airtel few months back & one month airtel charged Rs 45 for Rs9 calls and my bill shooted up to 23k , when I asked them to correct my bill they said they have increased charges .

I have asked for phone shifting on 1st of may and follwing up from 19th may to get it done but it is not done yet even after i call at least 15 times so far and spoke to airtel customer care for 2hours on phone in total.
On 1st of june 2011 at 12:45 pm(about) balance from my airtel prepaid was deducted(RS.29) while i was using internet.I had mobile office settings while customer care executive told me that had used airtellive.
