Deduction of Balance from my Reliance Mobile
I m shreyashisah user of ur reliance cdma prepaid number (+917520744690). On 20st sept. Rs. 50 were deducted from my account without any prior notice.

I just logged in to reliance gsm and i m facing this problem of balance deduction since the day i bought this card. Rs.3 are deducted from my account every 3 days.
Sms Pack Benefit Not Provided by Reliance Communications
I have postpaid reliance mobile connection(+919373151617) since 5 years. I have sms pack of monthly rental Rs.25 in which i get 15000 local and national SMS free. But on festival days they does not provide SMS pack benefits means on these day company charges as per basic tariff so called Black out Day.

Auto activation of VAS by Reliance GSM
My reliance mobile number is 9681569084. I have not activate any vas from my number. When my balance more than 5 , 5 rupies is deducted every time and coustomer care told that nokia7210_20-20 cricket pack activate in my number and the pack deactivate is not possible by reliance.

They deduct the amount fom my balance.they have done it atleast 4 times.they auto renew the msg card without informing me n when i complaint against it they dont listen it.
