I recharged my mobile ac on 21 st Jan 11, with Rs. 51, This amount debit from my account but my mobile not recharge, when i complain at reliance customer care, they answered “transaction not found at our end. Hence, we would request you to check with the respective bank for further assistance.”
I asked a retailer to recharge my number with the GPRS pack provided by the company. Retailer inquired the about same from the customer care using his demo sim, there he was told that they a scheme of GPRS for 1 month for Rs. 99.
