Vodafone India Port Out Problem

I am using my this no. 9953000083 from May 2008. From 08/08/2011, 05:00 pm afterwards, my no. is showing me Sim Card Registration Failed. When I approach at Vodafone Store, Sec-12 Dwarka on 09/08/2011 for the same, they told me that your no. is port out from Vodafone.

I recharged my mobile for internet with RC98 in online with my debit card on friday 6/10/2011 at 6.00PM. but until now i did not receive any confrimation message but they deducted 98RS from my HDFC bank account.

I have been a customer of Vodafone since 2009.I did raise quiet few complaints with regards to bad network in my house. Vodafone always promised me to provide a better service every time they were contacted by me.
