I am reaching out to you to bring to your attention the harassment I have been facing from Vodafone Mumbai since 25th April in my repeated attempts to port out my post paid number +91 9819539349
I had activated vodafone free alerts last two month.but their is a problem with my mobile account. last week Rs. 25 is less twoice from my no. 9839718495.
This is the 2nd bad experience from Vodafone service. My previous number was 9820670636 which is now converted on prepaid & current number is 9833310457 which is on postpaid and if go through my database and check out the cash & billing circle which I have done.
I was having network problem with Aircel so after going through all the facilities I decided to go for MNP to VODAFONE. I visited the Vodafone store and enquired about the services which i was getting with aircel.
I applied for MNP to port out my number 9796484732 from Vodafone to Airtel on January 22, 2011 at Jammu (India). The UPC number provided to me was: VJ111281 Now, its been almost 2 months now and I am still stuck with Vodafone.
