Cheat Promotional Offers by Whirlpool India
2011 Diwali offer advertised by whirlpool india for Rs.2300 travel offer is a cheat.
The amount is divided into 4 parts. 500 + 500 + 1300. Thus Rs.500 will be offered to one local(Domestic) ticket transaction in base fare of the air ticket and not in the total cost(note this), and another for second ticket transaction. This offer will not help for any one since the ticket offer will not be deducted in the total ticket cost.
And the remaining Rs.1300 is for given for hotel booking only if the hotel charge exceeds Rs.3500.
So it is a real cheat.
This 230ltrs refrigerator is targeted to middle class crowd and not for upper middle class. No middle class people will opt to stay in a hotel exceeding Rs.3500 for local travel.
Am reporting this since these details are not given in the promotional brochre given when i purchased the refrigerator. Also in the offer advertisements this info is not given in detail. This is really an eye washer.
