Cheating by Naaptol.com
I had bought a car stereo system for Rs2299 from Naaptol.com. The took cash on Delivery. After the postman departed, I opened the seal and found that the products were damaged and packets were torn inside. The stereo was broken with its cover out. When I mailed them about the problem they asked me to wait so that they would clear the problem. But its already two weeks and no action has been taken yet. Therefore I firmly request you to look into the matter and take necessary action.
