Cheating Customers by Airtel

I opted for a 500Rs top up for unlimited calls in October. This was based on a SMS from airtel in October that a scheme for unlimited calls will be available if I subscribe by paying 500. The sms had a reply keyword to know more details. When I replied using the keyword it automatically registered me for the plan. Suddenly in January they have charged for all my calls. When I contacted the support team, they confirmed that plan is valid for 3 months only. My question to Airtel is how do they expect me to know that this is valid for 3 months? To this their answer is we have to call the support team and find out ourself. If the SMS or the reply SMS mentioned anything about validity then a customer can call support.. Why would anyone even think there is a validity unless its mentioned. Today the nodal authority is asking me if I have the SMS with me which they sent to me 3 months ago. AFter confirming that I did not store the same, he says that the SMS has details on the validity. This is complete lies and cheating.
