Cheating of Money By Reliance Big TV
I kamal halder, resident of 27/N/1 banamali banejee Road, kolkata : 700082. i am a subscriber of reliance big TV from 2 years.Reliance big tv settop box subscriber no : 200602221528, Now My remote of set top box was malfunctional. So i have complain to solve the problem to customer care, and after two days from my account I saw Rs.175 has deducted. but no solve the problem. Then again i complain against deducting the amount. But customer care executive has told me the problem was solved and for that reason we have deduct the amount. but actual no one visit my house and no one solve the problem. but customer care executive has received the problem and commit me the money will deduct within 72 hours. from that day i have complain more than 5 times. but no one solve me.
recently one executive has told me, money will not be refunded, but you can get the new reomote for your set top box. when I received the new remote, company has deduct again Rs. 175/-. that is one remote received and two remote value of amount has deduct.
I want to get money refund to my account of Rs.175/- . please help me.
