Complaint: The bank had upgraded my existing card as a promotional offer..however they had “erroneously” billed the card fees which they repeatedly reassured will be reversed. After a considerable period of time I found to my alarm they have been charging late fees on the same. After several attempts to find a course of redressal, I have eventually discontd the card.
As it is clear now it is a scam being run by such a large orgn, since managers are just calling up to abuse and hound the customer and fail to resolve the issue …so that the amt can keep mounting. The behaviour and protocol of citi personnel has been appalling and has left me dismayed and disturbed. Wd be grateful if some senior and responsible official got in touch to resolve the matter.
