Claim Denied By MAX BUPA
I Purchase max bupa health insurance policy (Policy No. 30050407201100) from Mr. shobhit shukla & disclosing him that, my father is suffering from sugar. but he is not taking medicines on regular basis. then based on my information max bupa executive did not entering previous disease in my policy form. but when i am going for claim my claim is denied on basis of that, you are giving wrong information to max bupa regading pre-existing disease because based on our infromation my doctor disclose past history if disease & max bupa not taken medical before issuing policy as executive says me. & from 21-12-11 i requesting to max bupa please provide me claim denied letter to me but every time he says, we confirm to concern deptt. & revert back to you or please call us tommorow for updated status.
