		<description>I have bought a tata sky connection for Rs 1590. From Rampur (H.P) vendor named Aar Kay Enterprise 0n 23.1.12. I was given a tata sky starter kit in an envelope.
Since that day neither my set top box nor dish has been installed . And the no.(9805251397) of installation given on the kit is not attending my call. I have also called the booking office at shimla (0177 2657699) they assured me that my kit would be installed on 26th Jan 2012 but its not been installed and nobody is attending my call.

I am Mandar, I bought Nokia X2 from letsbuy online store on 19-09-2011.
Order number:LSB-401948
IMEI No. : 358626040341984

But I am facing following issues within two months purchase.

1. The battery problem started arise, battery never charges to full and it takes 8-10 hours to get it charge fully which is very long time compared to normal time.
2. Hands-free stopped working.
3. Mobile vibrator stopped working.
4. Phone speakers is not working properly and i cant hear sound properly on call.

So i went to Nokia care to resolve these many problems,I told them
that mobile is within warranty. They open the mobile and checked and
said it is tampered since near music key there is manual soldering.
Then I contacted Mr. Varun (Letsbuy representative). He said me to get DOA
certificate from Nokia care and said then letsbuy will provide me new
replacement mobile.
But when I demanded DOA from Nokia care, they refuses to give DOA
certificate saying mobile is not purchased from their store and Dealer
from mobile is purchased can provide DOA.
They have provided me job sheet with all the problems listed. I am
attaching receipt of purchase and Job sheet.
It has given me lot of headache, now I want permanent and workable
solution to this problem. Preferable give me replacement for this
mobile. Resolve this problem as soon as possible.
Give me written solution rather than on phone-call.
