Complain on Reliance Broadband Device

I was using reliance broad band connection for last one year. exactly after one year warranty my device stopped working. so i approached reliance customer service for verify the device. but they rejected to repair device as well as know they are charging for a my payment.. i have not used this devise still they came up with a bill of 2000 and above. i want reliance to replace my device or repair my devise or return my device amount.

    May be you must have called me while i was on meeting.. i could saw some unknown number.. if you can help me out my problem to fix rcom issue that will be really helpful to continue.. i want rcom to provide a replacement for broadband device .. or else i can pay only for the month i have used for, that is around 1047/- inclusive of all tax..
