I have problem with Airtel Digital . I lodge complain with the Customer Service and they booked a complain vide no: 14978855. The service engineer visited my residence next day and after checking informed that the problem is with set top box and it need replacement.He informed that it will cost Rs 750.00. I agreed and the set top box was replaced the nest day. He showed me few Channels and left the place. In the evening when my family member switch on the set top box and T.V. , the indicator on the set top box was not “On”. I contacted Mr Susanta Ghosh (Mobile No: 9748743826). He said he will come and check but did not turn up. Today when contacted he said a fresh complain to be lodge.
I am afraid again a new service engineer will come and will replace the set top box and take Rs 750.00.Can any senior person intervane and solve the problem of this old man.
