Complaint Against AIR India Baggage Services Mumbai

More than 10 bags (belonging to seven passengers traveling on TWO different AI flights) were first claimed to be lost by BAGGAGE SERVICE COUNTER of AI in Mumbai Intl Airport. After four hours, and after filing the Property Irregularity Report, the officials not only found all the bags right there in the airport, they made all seven passengers go back and forth between Intl and Domestic Airports to pick up the bags, did not apologise or explain what went wrong, and expected to be thanked for finding the bags eventually! Flight AI 102 from JFK (dep 17 July, arrival in Mumbai 18th July delayed to early 19th July) was the flight I had the misfortune to be on.
