Complaint Against Customer Support of Videocon d2h DTH

Sir, i am a Videocon d2h DTH customer ,not getting d2h DTH service  from 24th june 2010. From 25th june i have registered 4 complaints  until now , complaint registered to get service engineer assistant are  as follow.

complaint numbers are 14496838,14599636,14632484,146602291 until now service provider has not provided any assistant to me, Please solve my problem.

    SIR I HAVE VideoCON SETELITE DVD.my complain is registered on 3 july for renstall of product.complain no.14826727 & my id is 1551790.many times I have talk 2 customercare & nobody’s resolved my problem.many representative tell me nowadays,nowadays.service is so bad & representative r very bad who telling me lie.&balance is daily deducting & representative was tell me that ur balance will be back.but nothing but I will take hard action against company &representative b,coz I knows the name of all representative who talk 2 me

    My self Anil Kumar Panda. My d2h customer id is 8569348. I have purchased a satellite LCD on 16.04.2010. The LCD model no. is 2201. In this model when i used in cold/rainy weather or in A/C room after 20 minutes the moisture have been created inside the glass. When i tell this problem to your customer care they have been registered my complain and tell me our service engineer was go to your home with in 48 hours. In next day your service engineer was come to my home and see this problem and tell me your LCD panel is problem. After 2 days they can change my LCD panel and they say your problem was solved. Then after 5 days the problem was repeated. Then i tell to customer care and once again my complain was registered. Then second time engineer will come and say problem in your cabinet glass and after 20 days they can change cabinet glass. Then after few days the problem will again repeat. Once again i have complain customer care they have register my complain again. Then engineer will come to my home they can say your LCD was totally manufacturing defect and the total LCD was replaced quickly. Last 3 months i will complained again and again but they have no response. When i tell the customer care about this problem they have only registered the complain but they have no response. When i go to our local service center they can say company was not response about your problem so what i do? So they have not solved my problem.

    Videocon d2h company cheating the customers not giving better service to customer,,waste company i will never again buy anything from this company…..

    Sure something has to be done about this company. I bought Plasma TV 42″ in 2007 Sept after paying Rs.56000/- and this April ( 2011 ) it stopped functioning and after giving it to there service station and after running for 7 months they inform me that since they have stopped manufacturing that perticular model hence they do not have spares, hence please take it back they cannot do anything.No amount of complaints worked. I felt I was cheated big time by this company.
    I strongly suggest people NEVER BUY ANYTHING VIDEOCON PLS
