Complaint Against Deputy TS Mr. Surendra Singh Punia of Indian Railways
Last night at Mughal Sarai Jn. I was waiting for 2439 ranchi rajdhani ex. with waiting pnr 6456466724 w/l 2 on 4 june 2011. I was not aware of current status. Train comes at station and I went to TS n ask about my status, he told me to go to another coach to meet deputy TS, I went there to meet DTC SURENDRA SINGH PUNIYA but he was not available. Coach attnd told me to come inside the train. He told me that I would have to give 500 Rs and he will give me a seat. I said ok. n train rolled on.
Than TS comes and takes me to pantry car n asked about money I told him I have only 800 Rs. Than suddenly his behaviour changed. He abused me, He slaps me thrice, RPF supported me bt the person also behaves badly with them
I paid a fine of Rs. 2760. But is he having right to abbuse n hit me?….
