Complaint Against Easymobilerecharge.com

There is a website available on net for online recharge of mobile numbers. The name is “easymobilerecharge.com”. I have been using this website for one year. But now this website starts malfunctioning. As per notice given in above mentioned website, if recharge is not successful and money is deducted from the bank account then money should refund within 3 to 4 working days. I made three attempts to recharge my mobile no. On 20th sep 2011 which was unsuccessfull and money was deducted from my sbi bank account. Ammount of each transaction is 112 rupees. I am continuously sending mails to the related site but no positive response is given even after 12 days. Sir please help me to get my money back.

    Yesterday dated 06/10/2011 I had recharge from easy mobile recharge ,
    my mobile with
    bearing mobile no. 9818489258, but Rs. 100/-deducted from
    my icici bank account no.152501501221 and debit
    note no. Bil/258550637/amar/24642505 date 06/10/2011. So you are requested to
    please refund Rs. 100/- as soon as possible.

    Hello every one…I am also sufferer like you all.Just now I found customer care number of easymobilerecharge.com and i called to them They responded.You too can try it.The number is 01975 225153 .I tcan be found at end of the page “privacy policy” in easymobilerecharge.com website…Hope you all get your money refunded

    I Had a vodafone recharge of Rs.100 from easymobilerecharge.com,, Amount was deducted from my account bt got no recharge ,,,, Requesting to please refund the same….
    Hope for the best solution ..

    hi i had a recharge of bsnl of rs 50 i cant recieve that recharge and amount was deducted frm my account but got no recharge request to refund or recharge piease

    We have checked your order with us and we have not received the payment from your bank for this order. This could happen due to any of the following reasons:

    • Sometimes due to technical reasons, we might not receive a response from the bank for your payment request. As a result, we do not get to know the status of your payment transaction and hence assume it to be a failed payment. For such cases the recharge is not processed by us.

    • Sometimes the banks give us a response that your payment transaction has failed, even if the payment transaction was actually successful. For such cases the recharge is not processed by us as we assume it to be a failed payment.

    Normally in such cases money is automatically refunded to bank account with in 12 working days. We are sure that your money must have refunded till now.

    Still if you haven’t received your refund yet, kindly contact us again on info@easymobilerecharge.in.

    We hope that you will provide us another chance to serve you.

    Hi,

    I have recharged my mobile for 1000 rupees. The amount has been deducted from my State bank account. It was a pospaid bill payment. But the recharge was not successful. I tried many times. But the result was the same. I have contacted them, but there was no action. Kindly refund my amount asap.

    On 27th Feb 2012, I tried recharging to my docomo Sim with 400/- and it was available on there website.

    Now its been more than 12 days and they havent returned my money back in my account.

    Neither money is showing in Easy wallet.

    Order number -6145537, 6146740
    Transaction Date – 2012-02-27 11:36:05
    Status shown was – Recharged failed – Amount added to Easy Wallet (LEARN MORE)

    But now on 13th March 2012 – EASY WALLET shows 0 /- Ruppees and my 400/- Rs is neither refunded.

    It is really so disgusting after read so many complaints and I am suffering same, I just recharged the phone in very emergency and critical situation but these people are sucking blood of customers and making them fools. I recharge my relative’s number for Rupees 75 and they deducted Rupees 77 from my account. It says get your money within 10 days, if they have wrong system then why don’t they are refunding. I am going to file a case in Delhi High Court so I need your help friends. I need your complaints so please mail me your details.
