Complaint Against Faulty Transcend Portable HardDisk

I purchased one Transcend portable harddisk though online from tradus.in on 26-05-2010. The product I received is defective and as per Transcend’s process I submitted my piece to their service partner Accel Frontline on 30-07-2010.

ID : TSCBLR100006786DW. Accel changed their status to replacement on 10-08-2010.

Its been 2 months now and i have not received any communication from them after 10-08-2010. I contacted Transcend support and I got reply from them stating that some parts are out of stock even though mine is replacement (not repair).

I want either my amount back or a new piece immediately. As I’m not satisfied with their responses I am posting my concern in this website.

I request representative from Transcend to solve this case as soon as possible.
