Complaint Against Indian Railways

Due to delay in train, I did not board the train and applied for TDR refund long back but till now the agent from whom I got it booked is not returning the money stating that he himself has not received the money back from Indian Railways side. Kindly update me with the status of the same and look into the matter and get it solved at the earliest as already much time has elapsed and oblige.

Looking forward to a positive reply at the earliest.

    I planned to travel chennai nungampakkam station to egmore to chidambaram (cdm)
    nungambakkam to egmore 4+4 two tickets and egmore to chidambaram two ticket for only express running this route. so express ticket Rs. 63 each but the railway employee given two ticket charges for superfast but still no tains in this route no super fast. i confust that time suppose they change immd to new train for superfast so get the ticket but the travelling time is much more as usually traveling time 16.05 to 20.30 but the train reached on 21.10 my shedule village bus are missed. that ticket number 127380784 on 15/10/2011 14:53 nbk w 1. rs144 so total 152 the employer say some miss behaviour words i have no change or no balance may not given and then two rupees from begger given to employ and get back rs50 and given to begger Rs 10 what is this ?…….
