Geyser not repaired in warranty period even after 3 months. (Item code 20300003139681) . More than 15 calls made to service center. Everytime, they have said it will take 1 week to procure a part. They have failed 10 times on their promises. Geyser is still unrepaired and there is no hope of geyser being repaired.
This geyser has not run even for 1 year from its purchase date.
There is no accountability inside Koryo for after sales service.
