Complaint Against L G Electronics
Actually My business place is Gujarat, so I lives in Gujarat. But my family lives in Delhi. I had purchase one LG Television MODEL 29FU8RGE on 01/10/2009 form Najafgarh New Delhi.
My television is not working from 06/08/2010 and same I had registered our complaint on LG TOLL FREE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER-18001809999, I had talk with Mr. Sadik and they had Provide our Complaint number -31080605469, But Now this complaint number is registered by another name. I don’t Know what is this? Again I registered the complaint on 25/08/2010 Current Complaint NUMBER is -c1082510845, But my complaint is not solved by company.
They speaks which spare is required for TV that is not available now and when will be available not say any thing. I said if spare is not available please replace our TV. But service center lady speaks as you like you can do but i will not replace your TV. I want JUDGMENT. You are therefore requested for kindly solve my problem immediately.
