Complaint Against LG Washing Machine

We bought LG front load fully automatic washing machine and it started giving problems just after 3 months of purchase. After registering the complaint 5 so called engineers from LG visited our house to check the washing machine but none of them could figure out the fault in the washing machine instead they gave illogical explanations like there is a voltage problem in our house etc..but finally one engineer told me that the washing machine will go to the workshop and the front panel would be changed within 2 days..after 4 days nobody came to pick up machine and again after redistering the complaints on one fine day machine was picked up from our place and when deliverd back to our surprise they had put old scratched parts on our new machine. I have called customer care atleast 5 times for this but no action has been taken. I am really really pissed off with their services and regret our decision of buy LG product :(

    We will never, ever, buy another LG product. Five years ago, we puchased 3 expensive LG products; a washer, a dryer and a 25 cu. ft. fridge. The washer leaked from three months after purchase. We have had it repaired twice ($500 in total) and finally had to buy a brand new washer today. (As you may well guess, it is NOT an LG) We had to replace the heating element in the LG dryer last fall. The LG fridge, we just found out today, is on a recall list where certain parts in the mechanism can cause fires. When we called LG today about the fridge, they told us they would give us another year warranty. Another year warranty??? You have to be kidding. It is a fire hazard; they are supposed to replace the parts with a retrofit kit which is supposed to be free however, they don’t seem to want to do that. LG…NO WAY.

    We have a 7yr old washer and they have tried three times to repair our front load washer and they have replaced and replaced parts and we still get the LE error. They will do no more for us. The central control unit has a manufactoring error, and engineering mistake and they still sold us the unit in 2004 and they will not stand behind the product repair or replace the unit at a reduced cost. I am willing to pay parts and labor as the unit is 7yrs old and they can not fix it. Why would any American homeowner every want to deal with this type of corp.? They offered us $74 for our troubles.
