Complaint against Loop for refusing Mobile Number Portability

My mobile No. is 9773506097. I had been using loop mobile for more than 4 years. I want to use 3G services and hence loop is not providing 3G services, so I am trying to port out since may. In may when i have given my No. for porting they reject it saying that I can’t port for 3 month and i had be on the base plan for 3 month.Then I went to the LOOP gallery, and interect with then they told me to use a three month plan and after ending three month, I can PORT OUT. So now when I give my No. for PORTING they are telling I can’t PORT for ONE YEAR, since the plan which they had given me is not for 3 month its for ONE YEAR.

    even i faced a lot of issues with loop mobile for the portability and it was resolved by this person by the name Mr.Mahendra from tata Indicom , you may also contact him at 8976048293.
