Complaint Against MakeMyTrip.com : Refunding in-correct Amount For Ticket Cancellation

I booked a flight to travel from Mumbai to New York, on 1 march 2010 with the booking ID FLTINT10007366547. This flight was scheduled to depart on 3/3/2010. I changed the date to 7/3/2010.

They charged Rs.2500 as date change fee and Rs.3000 for Price difference. I cancelled the ticket on 6/3/2010. Now they charged Rs 5800 as cancellation charges.

So I have paid Rs 30077 and 3000(price difference on 6th) =Rs.33077 for the ticket. 33077-5800 =27277. I must get Rs 27277. They are ready to pay only 24000.

    This is to inform you all that http://www.makemytrip.com have apologized for the inconvenience and have assured me that the 3000 rupees will reflect in my card in 5 days.

    My experience has assisted them in exploring possibilities for further improvement in their service levels.
