Complaint Against Naaptol
My name is chetan dalal From Gujarat (Anand), I had placed order for Touch p phone,at naapto, my order No. is 251590,
When i open the box then screen was difective(crecked),bettry is defective, secondly i m not recived the onether extra bettry which is one of naaptol emp, says on telephonic disscsion, And also there is no flash mode in this phone which is mention in naaptol site.
Also when i start this phone then all menu bar was vaibreting and also touch effect not work properly, i had send back the pice on 23th april, i had lost of time talk with naaptol company but there is no single reply from there side.
So it’s my request to u pls help me in this metter, only one hope is you.
