my name is archna,
i booked an E.W.S.flat in sant nagar in Buradi area through OM KRISHNA DEVELOPERS PVT.LTD.plot no.h-10/101.1st floor.arcade plaza.netaji subhash palace.pitampura.new delhi-110034
on 28/12/2009…
receipt no.is 577
ammount is Rs.25000.00(twenty five thousend only)
company said about possesion near by mid 2011..
i submitted an instalment of Rs.132500.oo(one lack therty two thousenfive hundred only)through the cheque no.784769 pn bank maharani bagh account no. is 1509000109126190
but the real problem begen here there no constructions by om krishna developers till now…
many times i conact personally to the builders and they reply that the work will starts begen soon …
three times i contact PERSONALLY to Mr. KAMAL ,,Mr.JUNEJA (employees) they rply me that the priblems of our company will desolve soon so plz wait for some times.
i trust them last one year…
but now there is no constuction at all so i desides that i want my money back with interest and company make me a fool so i want some expansive…
what wil i do .
