Complaint Against Punjab National Bank

I tried withdrawing an amount of Rs 500 from my account and accidently did not take it take it out on time and the machine sucked in the money back. Now my account is debited for the same amount but I do not have that money. I went to the nearby PNB bank to lodge a complaint but he asked me to call on 18001802222 to lodge a complaint. For the past two days I have been calling up day and night but the only response that I get is “This route is busy”. Please help me with this.
So much so that I have lost the transaction details also.But I tried taking out the money on Thursday i.e. 24th March 2011.

The atm is located in Kabir nagar, Jalandhar, Punjab. And the transaction was made around 1 o’clock.

My account number is: 4699001500003447.
Kindly help me with my problem.

    I want to complain against PNB in Punjab. How and where I can get papers or forms to complete to submit to ombudsman. What kind of documents needed if it is in connection with non payment of overdue FDR’s automatic renewal.

    If the FDR’s are not renewed manually, can some qualified persson put some light if it should have been automatically renewed by the banks.

    Hi Sir/Mam,
    This is to infrom you that today i have visited in Naraina vihar PNB Bank Near- PVR. I have Visted there at sharp 12:15 P.M . i went there to deposit money in my papa ji account (Palwal haryana Account)but they refuse to deposit money and said that there staff is on leave . so they cant depoist money and he also said that we will also not deposit money on monday because on monday also there staff will be on off.
    Looking for possitve revert and request yu to kindly to take action aganist there peopel , as they peopel are not taking there resposibilty .
