Complaint Against Reliance Broadband Communication

On March 14th 2011 at 11 am,one your representative by name Govind raju (9738733513) approached me and offered to install telephone and broadband connection at my residence. He took papers and filled up necessary forms. He disappeared and in spite of my innumerable telephone calls there was no result.Tried calling every day but no response also called customer and spoke to many floor supervisors they all told me will resolve the issue with in 28 hours and 48 hours, But almost now 22 days over i dint get any single responses from your end and also the floor supervisors they told will escalate the issue to sales team, So told i desided to email you the details about the issue. I stopped further follow up in spite of financial loss to me by disconnecting my earlier telephone and broadband connection with Airtel. please check the details below.

The name of your representatives is Govind raju (9738733513), Chandrashaker ( 9620657032) and this 2 person manager name is Srinivas (9986995016) ( Not willing to pick up the call and incase if this persons pick the call a they will tell different name and talk in different languages) Connection was supposed to be provided at no 67 Shivaji Road, Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore-560051, Karnataka.

On 14th March 2011 at 11 am one of your representative by name Govind raju (9738733513) has come to my residence and person send him by name Chandrashaker ( 9620657032) Govind raju’s manager name Srinivas (9986995016) – this person will never pick the call else he will disconnect the call.

Gave Cheque of Rs.500/- (Citi Bank Suvidha Saving Account) The issued on the name of Reliance Communications Amount debited on 26th march 2011.

Called Reliance Customer Care spoke to floor supervisor krishna kumar, sajan they told will escalate the issue to sales deperment, But no response from your end nor from any Reliance authorised person.

so i hope that this email will give you all about my issue and looking forward the best from your end.

if you are not able to resolve the issue KINDLY REFUND MY MONEY AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE !!

    Hi,
    My name is Rajesh Kumar Singh and was a customer of reliance net connect broadband plus services (my Reliance number is 9379591569 and Account No is 500001350733).
    14th or 15th April 2011 was requested to terminate my account and was paid my entire outstanding amount, but yesterday (15th July 2011) have got another mail to pay bill for Rs260.29 and today (16th July 2011) have again called to customer care center and they told me that they got request to put my connection for safe custody mode and that’s what I need to pay the amount and raise another request to start/stop my connection.
    I want to raise a complaint against to Reliance communication to stop cheating customers with false information. I strongly believe that Reliance definitely has some special strategy to cheat their customers and giving very special training to their executives as well, how to cheat customers.
    In addition, I want to say that was using reliance broadband service for more than 7 months and I never got more than 50 KBPS speed from them, I called many times to them and every time they were telling me that they have some problem with network and soon they will resolve the issue. But it never happened.
    I would also like to spread this message to all reliance users to be careful if you are using reliance product and be careful with communicating with them and ask them to send an official mail for each request. If you are not a reliance user and planning to go for reliance, please take my advice and think twice.

    Hi,
    My name is Saurabh, I do agree with you,I was also a customer of Reliance Broadband Services and I told you that his service is realy very poor. They claim that your complain will be resolve in 24 Hrs. and they do that but you know what they close the complain at their own end they dont give you a confirmation call regarding your complain.
    I made 3 complain in a day and surprisingly all the 3 complains was closed on same day but on my end the complain was still On.
    When i tired up after making several follow-up then finnally I decided to discontinue the service and register a complain regarding the same and they told that with in 7 days they will do that but again I have to made 3 follow-up and finally after 20-25 days they disconnect my connection.
    Please don’t choose Reliance Broadband Services.

    Complaint: Reliance Customer No: 5000000048216

    After shifting recently to Pune, I was approached by Reliance representatives giving details regarding their wimax internet service. After much delay and deliberatation my services were installed by one Mr. Devidas Patil after almost twenty days of discussions. Furthermore, I was also ensured by the said Devidas Patil that the wimax service works wonderfully by installing a router and since Reliance itself does not provide a router, the same could be purchased from a retailer store by the represtative itself and billed directly to the customer. Thereafter, the Reliance executive purchased the said router for Rs. 2500/- for which the payment was made by me and additionally my wimax internet service was installed on May 27, 2011. Soon thereafter my internet had several disonnections on a very regular basis and numerous complaints were filed for the same. I would like to add that from the time of installation till this date on an average my internet service has not worked for nearly 75% of the time. To aggrevate my miseries even when the complaints were filed and after having recived no response from you customer service, upon calling the customer service I was informed on several occasions that the complaint was cancelled by the technical department with their report stating that the the wimax service works on a single pc and not on a router. Unfortunately in my case neither my internet service worked on a single pc nor on a router and the worst is that such compalints were cancelled only on mere assumptions considering that no technician visited my premises to verify the internet problem or also to write a report indicating that the internet service has been working on a single pc.
    With much dismay I have to state that such a horrible service by such a big company like Reliance has completely shocked me. Veen after paying several bills ranging from Rs. 1500 to Rs. 1800 my internet has worked in the most horrid manner. I have incurred some serious financial losses owing to regular internet disruptions and add to my misery there has been not a single person at the Reliance team who has been kind and helpful.
    This episode has left my totally horrified and never in future will i use any reliance product nor would i recommend anyone from using the same. Instead i will try my best to let people know of my experience and furthermore dissuade them from using any of the Reliance products. Furthermore, I would like to bring this complaint to teh level of TRAI and the Ministry of IT as the officers at these institutions must know how big names like Reliance are simply fleecing the regular person and providing the most absurd service.

    This is 2nd time iam sending my complaint against Reliance Communications.
    Really if anybody ask me feedback about reliance service just i suggest them that I HAD NEVER SEEN A WORST SERVICE LIKE RELIANCE….. & this is true which iam facing from ur reliance service.. my name is S.Noor Mohammed and my reliance number is 9346645111, i never seen a worst & dirty service like ur reliance.. becoz from past 4 months iam not getting my my postpaid bill to my billing adress and same i had logged a complaint on this somany times, but no one can till date solved my problem, till now iam not getting my bill to my billing adress, somany times i spoke to ur customer care and every one escaping. Your people is escaping from my query that i had activated E-Bill to mail… ok agreed.. even though i did not getting my bill to my email also, but regularly ur people call me intime when my bill is on due, but ur people is not able to deliver my bill. iam not at all satisfy with your service. iam 4 years customer to your network.. and this is the service u people are providing to old customers.. and what about new customers?………………… really iam expressing my words that…… LUCK i did not seen a worst service like this bledy Reliance. Even they didnot solve my problem, they barred my outgoing calls due to non payment of the bill. wantedly i did not pay the bill this month becoz i have to raise my problem agian, but Reliance was barred my out going calls on 08-11-2011.

    Two moths back we have take the reliacne broadband connection with the three moths plan for 1500. The problem is it is not working properly. we have called so many times to customer care. We have raised more than 10 complaints against this issue to customer care. but they are not able to find the permanent solution for this issue. we have vexed with services. they are not taking care of the cutomers, they are cheating the people. this is one of the worst broadband connection i have seen. if they are notable to solve we are going to raise the cheating case againt the reliace broadband. because we have paid the money if they are not able to provide good serviece they need to return my money and need to quit from the market.

    BEWARE OF RELIANCE

    1. Purchased RelianceNetConnect on December 1, 2011
    2. Connection worked only initially when showed by Customer Service
    3. After they charged me Rs. 1,400 for their Broadband USB dongle, the device has not been working
    4. Company has been utterly apathetic to my woes. They do not know how to keep customers. Even people who want service from them are spurned away due to their extortionist tactics
    5. Even though my recoverable amount is under Rs. 2,000 which some may consider small in the larger scheme of things, I am going to complain about Reliance on principle. They hire ill-mannered people as part of customer service in their stores. 20-year olds who have been given some money and feel they are empowered to treat customers like crap.
    6. It’s great that people are becoming more and more vocal about their problems with Reliance Communications. Drop by drop, it will be an ocean so even the authorities may hopefully someday consider taking punitive action against this extortionist company
