I am a small businessman, daily 10hrs.I was busy in my business, in between my business time several message & etc. has been continiously sent from the said mobile co.it is very very unpleasent to me as it reacts very much in my business, my concentration on the job that time diverts. several times I have told them on mobil to stop it, but they
are not listen to me.kindly order the said mobile co.to stop this type of silly /dirty business. Thanks.

    Hi Gopeswer, Yes it’s a known problem with many companies like Reliance, Tata Indicom etc . The best you can do is register your number in National Do Not Call Registry. http://ndncregistry.gov.in. If you still receive marketing SMSes then talk to customer support.

    ear Sir,

    Ref : My mobile no. 9301128582 – MANISH SOMANI

    I have not activated any ASARAM BAPU ALERTS OR ANY OTHER ALERTS ON MY RELIANCE PRE-PAID MOBILE and same was activated automatically from the customer care end and Rs.7/- was deducted from my balance.

    I have never sent SMS nor called the customer care for activation of this services.

    Earlier also this kind of mistake happened from your end and I have already given DND instructions NOT TO ACTIVATE ANY OF THIS KIND OF SERVICES ON MY MOBILE AND DO NOT DISTURB ME.

    Kindly refund my money and deactivate the service. Otherwise I shall report in TRAI for this.

    I DONT WANT THIS KIND OF ANY SERVICES.

    Please reply to me and refund the amount deducted for service which i have not asked for nor activated my me.

    Please help me in this regard..
