Complaint Against Sanyo Digital Camera
I bought a Sanyo 7.1 megapixal digital camera from central camera shop in fort, mumbai. The camera developed a defect in the flash. As it was in warranty period, i was told to land it in another shop – (Sunder Bros, 225, Commissariat Bldng, Dr DN Road, Fort, Mumbai) for repairs. I landed it in Nov 2009 but it has been returned to me in Feb 2011 without any repairs but further damaging the camera. Now it is not working only and is beyond repairs. I am posted at Lonavla and frequent travels to Mumbai for the sake of camera and repeated telephones to the owner of the shop has caused me financial loss and mental harassment but the owner of the shop does not show any sign of repentance or appology towards the whole incident.
