Complaint Against Shreya Enterprises (HP gas dealer) Secunderabad
I have a gas connection with HP under my name with the consumer number 526668. I had booked a gas cylinder on 22/07/2011 and I have not received it yet. Shreya Enterprises are the distributors. I had enquired with them about the current status. Every time they say it’ll be delivered the next day. But the next day never seems to come. My wife and son personally went to the distributor and enquired. Even then they say it’ll be delivered the next day. Moreover, the people answering the customers do not pay proper attention to what the customers are saying. It appears like the customers are disturbing some busy work of theirs. So kindly look into the matter because it’ll be very inconvenient for me if the cylinder is not delivered soon.
