Complaint Against Sony Digital Camera
I am the winner of 3rd prize (3D CYBERSHOT CANERA) of 2010 DIWALI SONY INDIA 3D FESTIVAL OFFER, but I have not received the prize yet . My name is shown in the winners list kept in your Website and my S. No. is 413 and Coupan No. is 560516. I have done all formalities as per message given by your representative and sent Original Coupon No. 560516 along with photo copy of pan card, House Hold Card and Invoice to the THOT MEDIA PVT., LTD., GURGOAN, HURYANA through the Professional Couriers vide Consignment No: 0136678 dt, 25-01-2011. Even after a lapse of two months there is no response from your side . I contacted your company representatives, Customer Care Center in Hyderabad several times over phone, but I did not get proper information from them. I have received neither any information nor conformation letter regarding winning the prize. Please send the confirmation letter and the Prize Article i.e. 3D CYBERSHOT CAMERA. I sincerely hope you will pay attention to my request and respond positively at the earliest.
