Complaint Against Spice Mobile Limited

I have purchased a Spice Mobile Handset Model No.M-5161(Dual GSM SIM) on 07.07.10from your Spice Retail Shop, 277, Diamond Harbour Road, Behala, Kolkata – 700034, vide Inv.No.158387001 dt 07.07.10 at the time of 11-13 A.M. , Customer IDNo.158376412 Model No. M-5161

Black-Golden for Rs.2475.00 and the IMIE No. 1:910070200952911 & IMIE No. 2:910070200952929 ( Year of Manufacturing June’2010), C/N: CA1023142760. After 10 days the Handset showing problems, it has switched of automatically hanged, then I have sent the mobile for repairing on 17.07.10 to your repairing hub 62, Diamond Harbour Road ( Near Janaklyan), Merlin Estate, Shop No. 4, Kolkata – 700008. They have delivered the handset on 30.07.10 and told that all the problems detected.

Now, the handset showing the same problems,further the handset repaired on 08.08.2010 and showing the same problem. So, I am requesting you to please advise for repalcing the handset.
