I purchesed new phone in jan28th 2010 and after 2 months my phone got defect about signal problem i went to sony service center he told it needs to change mother board ok i accepted and given to them after 8 days i called him about status he said ok u can take phone working fine.
Again i started using after 2 months again i defect in my phone screen problem this time again i went to service center but this time with out checking my phone he said it was phisyical probelem but i didn’t agree with because i am taking very care of my phone and i am confident that was not a phisical problem i got depressed and i given to him said replace with new screen am ready to pay money .
He said ok and taken my phone will let you know end of the day .I got a call that was not a screen problem it was a frame problem i don’t understand what he said i kept sailint my self after that said drop here will explain .I went there he said there was no stock for this model C510 to change u r frame better take to home and get it done by u r old C510 phones who are not using.
I want reponse from companey about defects getting in my phone and i want Permanent solution for my phone spent 10,000/-.
