Complaint Against Standard Chartered Bank
This is with respect to my experience with Standard Chartered Bank. I had lost my card which was misused by a third party on March 21 to an extent of Rs 19,380. I had filed a dispute resolution form. I recieved a reply from Standard Chartered giving me all the details of the transaction. The copy of the bills showed an incorrect signature and incorrect address details.
The same was communicated to the customer care cell who however refused to listen. They only said that the card was misused first and the loss of card filed later.
They fail to understand that the miuser has given incorrect address details. This in a way proving the fact that I have not used the card. The customer care is failing to understand this simple logic…Can someone take heed to it and sort out the issue.
