I am having S.B.Account no 30269172845 in State bank Of India ,ADB,Srikakulam.Today on 04.04.2011, i have tried for withdrawl of an amount of Rs 5000/ from my account through ATM located at Pendurthy in Visakhapatnam District @11.18 am. But I could receive only Rs2000/. But my withdrawl slip shows that an amount of Rs 5000/ debited from my account.

I humbly request to reconcile the amount at ATM location and plesae adjust the balance amount of Rs 3000/ to my account at the earliest.
