Complaint Against The Tribune
I have booked a 6 month subscription from The Tribune Representatives by giving them cash of Rs 390 in the month of Jan 2011. They have promised to start the paper delivery from 01/02/2011 but till today on 07th Feb 2011 i have not even receieved a single newspaper from their side.
I have also tried calling on the numbers given in the booklet for complaints for two to three hours but nobody bothers to pick the phone. Then i made a call on the number of Editor in Chief twice They promised me after taking my details that from tommorrow onwards the delivery of newspapaer will be started.
But today after 5 – 6 days of this call the delivery of newspaper has not been started. Please help.
