Complaint Against Tikona Broadband Service Pune

I had asked Tikona Broadband service in pune at chinchwad that I am intrested in broadband connection in the month of April 2010. The sales person came to my residence to check the signal quality & hey did checked the signal feasibility but found very week signal.

Sales person Ganesh told me that he will check next day with their “Nano” device as those devices can catch very good signal or if not enough possible they will provide wired solution.so I agreed and they gave me registration form to fill up. I filled up the form & gave them my documents ( Photo ID , Residence Proof ) alongwith ICICI bank cheque of Rs. 800/- ( 500 for installation & 300 for plan I had selected ) Chq no 486342 in favour of Tikona digital.

Now very next day Ganesh again came with his collougue & checked the signal strength but did not work for them. Then I got suffered by the service & asked them not to Install any divice and cancell the installation.They promised me to return my documents & cheque within 2-3 days as all documents they used to send to their main office at Wanowarie,pune.

After long chasing on phone with the person who took my documents and cheque.They did not entertaind my request. Then I decided not follow up with them any more.Now the time came when they deducted cheque of Rs. 800/- on 01/10/2010 without any installation happened.I decided to go to their main Office No 805,South Block, 8th Floor, Sacred World Towers, Wanowarie, Pune.

There I met with Mr.Rajesh Kumar the concern person over their. He called up Mr Naren who looks after customers quiries & complaints. Mr Naren investigated the issue & finaly came to know that mistake has happen by them & They agreed that by mistake they have deduted the money. Now Mr Naren assured me that he will help me & co-operate with me.

He told me that my documents and cheque they have sent to Mumbai office & they won’t return my documents but agreed to return cheque of amount 800 by there mumbai office & it will get delivered to my home.First he said this process of returning the money may took atleast 7 days. I left the office with hope that I will get my money back.

Again I made call to Mr Naren after a week but still he said the issue has brought in notice of the concern person & now he will generate a ticket provide me the ticket no. so that i can follow up with the status of the ticket by login on their broadband site. I got furious & frusted and asked Mr Naren to provide the exact time this would take.

Again he gave me new date & asked to call on 10/11/2010 i.e.after 30 days. Whan I called him on his mobile number he is neither responding nor picking up the phone. I hope by posting this matter on cosumer forum I will get justice.
