Complaint Against Tikona Digital Networks

I had subscribed for a Tikona connection at my residence (16/2 Venakatachalam street, Royapuram,Chennai -13) on 1st april 2011,even before installation there was no good network at my place but the sales guy (Mr.Srinivasan & Pandian his no respectively 9042961406 , 9884636465) blufed me saying that there is network at my place and the connection will be installed in a day or two and took a cheque of Rs.1157 drawn on IDBIbankcheque no 065047,but when the engineer came to install he found no network at my place and no connection was installed.

Thereafter i requested for my refund and i was being told that i will get the same with in 45 days. It is totally waste of time and energy

I am calling the customer care every time and what i am getting is just an assurance.

I have also escalated the issue to the issue to its nodal officer – ‘nodal.tamilnadu@tikona.in’ , ‘nagesh.prasad@tikona.in’, customercare@tikona.in but yet have not received any response or revert of assurance mail.

I will defenitely taking the matter with appropriate consumer forum entire to your risk and cost.
