Complaint Against Titan Watch

I had brought tommy hilfiger automatic watches for men, at 30/07/2010, there was 20% discount, so i brought it at 7500 Rs.,it stoped working so i give it to repair at 04/10/2010, the approz delivery date was given on 10/10/2010, i had been to tatin showroom 4 times after that but i didnt recived my watch, on 26/10/2010 when i been to titan showroom they said pick up the watch at same rate, but none of the watch was automatic, as my previous watch was.
so i asked them to give me same model watch or pay my money back, they said its not posible.
I feel its cheated
