Complaint Details:- MY CUSTOMER ID:6554073 VIDEOCON D2H WAS NOT WORKING FOR ABOUT SIX(6) days in the month of june and july.amount for these days not to be debit and should be given credit in my a/c no:653205 which is not given.

    I am samit thakur.My customer id is 12125924.i have to say that this is the worst service i ever have in life .company is not serious about its customers. i bought this connection last month but i am not happy with its services. i sent a request for reinstalling as i shifted to new place but after calling 15/20 times on ur customercare number nobody gave me the right information & it took 9 days to reinstall the services after i recharged with 300 Rs. Your engineer told me that it will cost me 500 rs ( 300 for reinstalling & 200 for new dish).But again on 13th July they blocked my services without any information .when i called on your customercare they told me that they have deducted 900 Rs from my account for reinstalling & services that’s why account is negative so they stopped their service.On 13th July i raised a compliant against wrong deduction from my account .The complaint number is 15343028.The customercare executive gave me the resolution date for the complaint was 17th July. but still problem has not been solved yet.Today i again called on your customercare number & asked for the request raised on 13th but they told me that their no request register with them.Now again they have given me the resolution date which is 20th July.
    who is suffering with this ??? i have already given 2200Rs for your service which i am not able to use.How can you block the services without informing the customer. I have to say that you guys are making people mad .still problen has not resolved yet …….

    I purchased d2h in Feb 2010 and till then it is giving trouble all the time. Their customer Care people are so inefficient that they cannot tell anything abt the product problem.

    No. of times I made complaints, my recent complaint made on 8.8.2010 is 16605138 and I was told that engr will come in 24-48 hrs, but nobody came uptill now and they are deducdting the amount from the balance. How unfare it is. Videocom is in my view is useless product. Nobody should go for buy for any videocom product

    I bought almost all the electrical appliances of Videocon ,which are quite good. But I got a connection of Videocon d2h which proved me wrong. My customer ID is 72174. Within one or two month one set top which was faulty was changed by the company, but on 14.8.2010 I lost the service of d2h. The receiver was downloading, which was counting 0 to 46 , after 46 it continue to start from 0. I complained to the customer care ,they gave me some instruction, but in vein. They lodged my complaint the number of which is 17037771 and told that my problem will be solved within 24-48 hours. No one came. I again reminded again they gave another number17042391. Some body contacted me, I told the problem and stated him that the same problem was arose when I bought the product, then the receiver was changed, so when you come please bring the another receiver. But he did not, he checked it and declare that the receiver will be changed. I ask him to take my receiver to take with him as it was no use for me. I contacted few days later he replied as their is no stock , when it will arrive, I will take one to you. But no one come. I again reminded the customer care, they gave another number which was stated to be complaint against their engineer No. 17391742 on 24.8.2010. After that ,he came and asked some body to swap the programming which was not done. He told me that my earlier receiver is wet. As it was raining and moisture level was 95-98 %. I told him that it is OK I can dry its moisture with dryer and you can check andsee it.He told no need. He took the receiver new and old both and went away. After that no one came, I again contacted the customer care they gave another No. 17451882. No one came, Ironically each and every time I was told that your complaint has been forwarded/mailed and you will have no need to contact us .your problem will be solved within 24-48 hrs. or 2.10 pm, 4.00 pm or 8.00 pm or 10.00 pm. I am tired, The Company has changed to be a big cheat because of cost cutting, they have appointed their screw driver brand engineer, who have no man power or time to attend the customer and report the company the wrong information about customer. I know that it was a system application fault, it can be rectified by patch up CD or formatted it and re-install the application that may take 5 minutes hardly. But, after assurance given by the Sr. Executive Mr. Abhishek, no action has been taken till this date and time. If any body, who is going to take any DTH connection, please abstain from Videocon d2h opt for another one.

    This is to bring to your kind notice that I am from dehradun.I had purchased the videocon d2h satellite TV a week ago.At the time of purchase I was told that the subsciption would be free for 4months but now I have recieved a call from videocon d2h that it was free for just a month.
    I would like to inform the company that misleading facts are provided by dealers which is hampering the compay’s image.Had I not known about it being free for 1 month and not 4, I would have purchased the other version of d2h.
    I called the cusomer care of d2h and I was told that such events are happening and I must forward my compliant to the zonal staff.
    Now you take action against the dealer and get my satellite TV free for 4 months or I will be forced to move the consumer forum against you.
    I hope for a quick and positive response.The dealer’s name is Rama(radio).Address is 20.Kanwali road,You first make a personal call to the dealer,talk to him as a customer and know the truth by yourself.Dehradun.Cusomer ID is 20674552.

    I purchased Videocon mobile phone on 28/3/10, with the mobile phone I was offered a d2h.
    I logged my product on 12/4/10 at that time co. said your product will be delivered within 48 hrs , but still I am waiting for the same I made several calls on 13/5/10,3/6/10,27/9/10,29/9/10&5/10/10 every time the people giving me same ans. That you will get your product will be delivered within shortly.
    Now let me ask will I get the product? If yes then when if no then ………………

    i have multiroom connection of d2h . and i complaint about changing my package from diomond to new gold , but i had gave request on 11/09/2010.& after that many times & till now i am giving request (10/10/2010) but till now my package is not change.
    my custmer id is 13090966.
    when i purchase d2h till now i faced many problem.
    D2h of videocon is very bed.

    VIDEOCON D2H Connection 888-
    To brief you on the case history, I bought your Rs. 888, DTH commection from your dealer Atul Radio House, Bajaria, Ghaziabad on 26/10/10. After a lot of follow-up my DTH connection was installed on 28/10/10 by one Mr. Ravinder Chaudhary.

    The connection was working fine till 11/11/10 when suddenly the “Contact Customer Care” message started flashing on all the Channels. On contacting customer care I was told that the free 1 month Diamond Pack to which I was entiltled stands disrupted as 12m extra cable was consumed in my installation. At no point until then I was knowing of this extra consumption & mine is a single storey house & the Cable consumed is less than 10 mtrs. I also contacted the installation guy Mr. Ravinder Chaudhary 9953102047 & he confirmed that there was no extra consumption.

    Now after weeks of consistent followup with your customer care neither my connection has been restored nor I have been compensated for the lapse in Service on your part for no fault of mine.

    My name is Maruti M Kulkarni my customer id is 6685. today my d2h plan is New sports gold pack. i am taking this plan for India V/s South Aferica series. but that time ten cricket channal not our videocon d2h. today morning 1 sms received our mobile. ten cricket channel start now videocon d2h after that i call our customer care talk about this sms. that time our customer care representive told me this channel only add on pack. i am already 235/- paid for only sport channel. so stil how many ruppes you taken to all sport channel . add the ten cricket channel in new gold sport pack today.first ten cricket channel not in gold sport pack this mistake is not our mistake. in zee dth to view this all sports channel in just 225/- rs so why are you taking extra rupess for this channel. if are you unable to add ten cricket channel in gold sport pack without any addition of amount so please mail me above mail id i switch videocon d2h & purchase (zee) dish tv.

    recharge coupon
    I have bought vedeocon d2h recharge coupon worth Rs 300 on 12th Mar2011 from a retailer at Bhubaneswar.Coupon pin no is 598380183820 and its serial no is TH00S1000226726 and when we called to customer care to recharge on dt. 15.03.2011 at 9.30 pm,we came to know that the coupon has already been used and my customer id no is 4260018 but this coupon was scratched by myself as when i want to the retailer again he refused to help me in any way and even said ”i cant help u please contact customer care”. Therefore i request u to investigate in your coupon distribution system why this kind of mistake has happened and please recharge the coupon purchased by me on my id and ensured that in future this kind of troubles never happen and in what way we recharge our d2h set top box.

    Dear All Just wanted to keep all the Videocon D2H User informed that if any of your near and dear are planning to get connected by this D2H service plz go and stop them to think about this. My Cust ID is: 25558628. I am being using this service since last 9 months. At the time of getting the connection the technician who came for connection he told that the first shifting is absolutely free but when i requested for shifting the cust care executive told me that i have to pay Rs500 for this work to be done. Any way i agreed to do so and paid the amount. Then i called again to the Cust care and requested for shifting having the no 37371414 next day i got a call at 5.00 Pm about shifting i told that guy to call me next day morning within 9AM -2Pm but i didn’t receive any call from them. So i called that guy to get informed that when he will be coming i got the response that i am not in your locality now and i will let any other guy to be done this one. HERE I WOULD LIKE TO UPDATE THAT ALL THE ENTIRE STORY TOOK PLACE BETWEEN 11 APRIL 2011 TO 21 APRIL 2011.So think twice before taking this stupid setup box.

    Subject: Regarding very serious complaint of VIDEOCONE D2h services.

    I am PARAMJIT ADHIR. I have purchased Videocon D2h during the month of August 2010. My ID is 27399161. I am suffering a lot since 27th April 2010 due to my D2h services are out of order. I have made so many complaints as 1st Complaint No- 38126297 dated 27th April 2011 , (2) Complaint No is 3839553 dated 29th April 2011, 3rd complaint No is 38687169 dated 2nd May 2011 & 4th complaint No is 38962900 dated 5th May 2011. I am very sorry to say that till now, my D2h is still faulty. On 2nd May2011 , a person visited without any tools & demand me to arrange some tools but he has no idea about Videocon D2h. He told me that He was a BIG TV engineer. Even he has no idea how to use the remote buttons of VIDEOCON D2h.”WAH”
    Since 27th April 2011 I am badly harassed with the NAMELY & FAMOUS Company “VIDEOCON” services & in future no chance & no hope for a good services after sale.

    Anyhow, one last hope is still live. What will be result? God knows.

    I am very sorry to state that when I approached d2h Videocon dealer, opposite to Radhika Talkies, Bellary for new connection. They we very careless in attending the customer. When I reminded them of the TV advertisement even then they did not show any encouraging response. I felt what is shown on TV is only show off.

    I have taken Phillips Lcd an that i have got Vediocon D2H connection free on after submitting my D2H no. & Pin No. My customer Id
    has been created.My cust id:- 44958670 after generating my cust id your customer representative told me that u have to purchase a recharge voucher of Rs.500/- to generate ur work order.I’ve done that also.But from last 15 days i a calling continously to ur customer care
    and asking what happened about my work order thay have been telling me it will be generated with in 24-48 hrs.But from 10/06/11 i’ve been calling regularly after 48 hrs but there is no resolution on my querry.I am trying to call several times but all lines disconnected from your side.
    These are the following no.:020-66440517 / 022-61534567.which are always engage or temporarily disconnected msg always beep.

    So m asking you when it is going to generate my work order…?and when i’ll be able to get set top box from ur side please reply me asap otherwise give me refund of Rs.500/- which i’ve been recharge on my account.

    Dear All Just wanted to keep all the Videocon D2H User informed that if any of your near and dear are planning to get connected by this D2H service plz go and stop them to think about this. i dont know why thay are doing such demm thing. thay are giving penlaty of Rs 25 for just one day late recharge.i am a service personal and in a year i avail 60-70 leave.than why i recharge for this period. when i call custmer care thay that it is your problem. i am very sorry to say that i want to change d2h service also sugest all of you change it with another compeny.

    ihave purchase videocon d2h hd set top box from garg electronics sarrdulgarh on dt.20-10-2011. ihave reccived message from co. & cust. id no. 55657901 & i recharge rs. 1000. but i have no reccived any query from co. &her represented dealer .last nobody come to me for set the set top box as on date 24-10-2011.

    I had purchased Videocon LCD on 23-Oct-2011 with in-built d2h. I have received SMS from videocon that my installation will be done on 29-Oct-2011 at 11:00 AM. I also got a Customer ID and Workorder Number from Videocon, which is : Customer ID: 57445433 and Workorder Number: 8887062. But still my installation is pending. I have called 2-3 times in Videocon customer services but there is no positive response from their side.
    Please do the needful.
