Complaint Against Vodafone and Blackberry
I,ANKIT KUMAR AGARWALA had purchased a BLACKBERRY STORM2 9520 handset from VODAFONE STORE,GIRISH PARK,KOLKATA on 20/07/2010.IMEI NO. 356297033877145, CS NO.:GSL/10-11/CS01/302.
My handset has been replaced 3 times and the first replacement was DEAD ON ARRIVAL.Every time it has been replaced for problems of handset hanging,keypad not working,calls cannot be disconnected or received.
My present handset also has the same problem and this time after much arguments for a replacement with a different model The Vodafone store said that they would consider the matter only if they their executive team found the same problems in the handset so I had submitted my handset for review with them on 15/07/2011 which was HAVING THE PROBLEMS STATED ABOVE.
However, on 26/07/2011 I received a mail form Vodafone saying that my handset has no issues.I DO NOT BELIEVE VODAFONE STORE.As it is I have lost my long gained TRUST on VODAFONE and if the issue is not resolved I also intend to surrender my Vodafone connection without knowing what to do with the blackberry handset worth Rs.28,000 and THEY SAY “WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO HELP”.
