Complaint Against Wespro Digital Pvt.ltd

I purchased new digital camera model Wespro8 Mega Pixel DS8060S for the amount of Rs.4000/- from HomeShop18 Tv Channels but after some days I found problem in the battery so I want to purchase a new battery but I call many times with their sale representatives and they said Company not made any type of accessories.

Therefore my camera is not working due to battery problem and I have lost my money in their products.

    Sir i had purchased Wespro8 Mega Pixel DS8060S for the amount of Rs.4000 at home shop 18 6 months back but the battery is not chargeing and my camera is idle ,problem is and I have lost my money .

    Hi Julian,

    As the product was purchased 6 months back, and the product has 1 year warranty so contact the company directly. You can contact them at addresses given on this page:-

    However, I doubt, if the batteries will be covered under warranty. If they ar enot, then just buy new charger or batteries from market. They won’t cost more that Rs 300 to 400.

    Further, I wonder why you purchased this camera? Its anybody’s guess that such cheap product won’t last long… You could have bought a samsung 8 MP camera for Rs 5000.

    Thank you sir for the reply, but i have found out in the market it costs Rs 950/- its is very expensive the company should provide additional battery when purchased or even able to sell additional battery. the wespro website does not even have an option wher i could get an additional battery option. if there is an option pls help sir

    Do not buy Wespro products. They are like cheap Chinese imported products which TV18 is dumping in India.
    I just had a bad experience with the Wespro 10″ tablet. 8000 bucks down the drain.

    I have purchased Wespro 7″ tablet PC with 3G, its SN:0730L012CI1053… I have ordered this from Naaptol.. I received the product Yesterday(5-Nov-2011) .. It was not powering on. Am getting white display and it was keep on Vibrating.. give me the solution please.. my parents was too upset because they were eager to get that product.. But they were disappointed..

    I have purchased Wespro 7″ tablet PC within 3G. I have ordered this from Naaptol.MY ORDER no. is 2797384. I received the product (17-Nov-2011) .. It was not powering on. Am getting white display and it was keep on Vibrating.. give me the solution please.. my parents was too upset because we lost my useful money.

    wow..seems everyone is complainig about wespro…am really interested in their minilaptop but with what is happening, i guess i wont try any wespro product.

    Sir/Madam,

    I had purchased Wespro N720Netbook dated order through Naaptol. My order no is 2816912 dated 14.11.2011 I received the product 18.11.2011 and still not working properly. Since, from received to still the today. We are submit the Laptop by service centre on 26.11.2011 and received the 30.12.2011. It is not open the system. Please do the needful immidiately.

    i am purchased new Wespro N721 Netbook dated order through naaptol.
    my order number is 3108299 dated 20.12.2011 received the product 26.12.2011 and still not working properly. this netbook is verry slow . not worked … net is not working.please do the neediful immidiately………
