Complaint Against Whirlpool Washing Machine

I purchased Whirlpool washing machine on 24/12/2010 from chennai. For the last 20 days it gives unbearable sound at the end of the washing process. Their frachise service centre people come and go but nothing has happened. They are not giving a certificate also so that I can send to the company and ask for replacement.
Please help me
